Eligible Applicants: individual farmers, producer networks, marketing cooperatives, farmers markets, business schools, special districts, nonprofit organizations, tribes, and jurisdictions within the KCD service area.  Applicants do not have to be located in the service area in order to be eligible; however, the project must be located in the service area.


Public Benefit: Benefits cannot accrue solely to the applicant and must demonstrate the greater public good.


Service Area: The KCD service area includes 34 cities and all of unincorporated King County.  The cities of Enumclaw, Federal Way, Skykomish, Milton, and Pacific are not part of the service area.
