Leadership Development Training provided by the Built Environment Work Group of HKCC. June 23, Tukwila Community Center & August 2, TBD. This training is for those who represent populations that have not experienced equal access to decision making in civic engagement and/or serving on a commission, city councils, or school boards. Given the limited number of spaces and high demand for training, this is a competitive process. Applicants must complete an application for this popular training by 12 Noon on June 15. Accepted applicants who complete all portions of the training will receive a $300 stipend.
